Big Van World recently sold me a VW T5; it is an excellent vehicle with a high specification, although it has a high mileage, it is ideal for my campervan project. Chris was firm, but courteous, in understanding my requirement and budget constraints ensuring I purchased the van I needed at the advertised price. I was keen to obtain a reliable vehicle and Chris ensured that the service manual was fully up to date and the van MoT'd as part of the sale. I am reassured by the integrity of the whole operation lef by the manager, Matthew Collins, who has personally underwritten an outstanding level of after sales service. I can unreservedly recommend Big Van World to anyone wanting to buy a van for work or conversion for leisure use.

Really good experience I called knowing what vehicle I wanted, spoke to Andy, he was expecting me, car was ready to test drive. I also said I wanted it that day, was told that was not the way they did things but when I explained why Andy let me take car and then return next week to do prep before sale.
