Considering the current situation with COVID-19, we want to reach out to our customer base, both existing and future, to share with you the steps we are taking to support you in these unprecedented times. Our priority is to ensure we help you or your business operate in this challenging market.

As people reduce their contact with others, online channels will be even more essential to connect with our customers. Indeed, in the recent months we have seen traffic to our website significantly increase.

For many retailers, it is now even more important to achieve as much communication with customers as possible, both to service our customers as much as for us to solidify our position in the market, we will need to work together to stand any chance of achieving this.

Our large stock profile will help our customers find themselves the van they need and being able to contact us easily is imperative to us. We recommend you use all the available channels to contact us.

We have currently closed our retail forecourt and office space but are open as usual online and via phone or social media channels, whilst our offices are closed we are able to offer nationwide delivery on all of our stock and an off-site ‘Click and Collect’ service by appointment only, we are aware of keeping social interaction at a minimum is important, we are working with our great team at Big Van World to ensure that we are prepared for all scenarios. We’re closely monitoring the advice from Public Health England and are following the guidance from the Government. In the event our employees must work from home, we have the infrastructure in place for them to only be a phone call or text away./p>

  • Fully valeted and sanitised vehicle
